Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy

My concentration was in Nutrition and Food Science.

I loved taking classes such as biochemistry and anatomy. 


Vegan Cuisine- learned how to "veganize" popular dishes and desserts.

Vegan Around the World- explored different country's cuisines and learned how to "veganize" them


Institute of Integrative Nutrition

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

This training equipped me with the insights into how to help peel back the layers for myself and others with strategic practices and intentional guidance. Lectures were based on health research of how different food and thoughts affect the body. This training inspired me a lot which is why I eventually went to MTSU to get a degree in Nutrition and Food Science.


Pavones Yoga Center

200hr yoga teacher training in "multidimensional yoga," which is connecting ourselves back to nature as a teacher.


Encompassed studies of Hatha, Vinyasa & Yin yoga disciplines. 


Willow Crossing

Permaculture Design Course trained me to read the landscape, observe and integrate systems based on what already exists. It is working with nature, not against it.
