Join us at a beautiful retreat center nestled in the preserved Bells Bend Area of Nashville for an unforgettable Summer Solstice Dinner celebration,
It will all begin with a foraging walk to connect with the space and learn about plants you will see on your dish and in your drinks later.
We are hosting a 3 course fireside dining experience to honor the abundance of nature, intended to build community through the plate. Connecting you with farms, the forest, fire & friends!
The menu for this event is intentionally curated by Chef Nico & executed with support from special guest chefs & mixologists.
Prepare to be inspired by an array of dishes made from locally farmed and foraged ingredients sourced directly from our vibrant community.
Each course of this culinary journey will be beautifully paired with herbal mocktails crafted by skilled herbalists Nikki Pazdra and Moon Gate Medicinals.
